The public WHOIS and DNS lookups stay free, with or without an account.
Questions
What happens past 3 domains on Free?
The domain is saved but paused: it is not checked and sends no alert. The three oldest stay active. Upgrade to Pro and every paused domain resumes. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the account goes back to Free with its data intact.
What if Pro is not for me?
Ask for a refund of your first payment within 14 days, once per account, by writing to contact@domain-sentinel.com. The subscription ends with the refund.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Without. Pro is sold to businesses and self-employed people through Stripe, which adds the taxes that apply to your country at checkout and sends the invoice.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Monthly to yearly takes effect right away, with the unused part of the month deducted. Yearly to monthly applies at the next renewal.
Do you check more often than once a day?
Hourly checks are available on request on both plans. Ask from a domain's settings; we enable them account by account to spare the registries.
